Patient Led Support Groups

We are lucky to have a dedicated group of patients who have formed the 'Practice Health Champions '. With the support of the practice, they are giving up their time to volunteer and help other patients with initiatives such as waiting room support, and self help groups.

Bereavement Support Group

The Leylands Practice Health Champions have set up a Bereavement Support Group, meeting every two weeks on Friday afternoon at Leylands surgery. The aim is to provide support to patients who have been experiencing difficulties following a bereavement. For more information click HERE
